This place was very good. Our waitress Tyra awesome, when you look at the menu verses the pics you'll find that there are a few items that are from their old menu that you still can order that isn't on their new one. Price verses portions you really get big portions at a very good price. Tyra keep up the good work!!!!!

Great little restaurant! Very fair prices and really good portions for the price. Food has always been delicious.

Quick fresh food!

Just had a great meal passing through Morehead with my wife and daughter! Service was great the young man was very interactive and personable. The choices on the menu were plentiful and even had a small vegetarian section of which was great for my daughter. The staff made a few exceptions to accommodate my daughter's dietary needs. Food came out and was fantastic! I had the Chicken Parmesan and enjoyed it thoroughly. Can't promise we will ever be back but if the stars align I will make a point of it. Thank you

Great food - lots of cheese!

The waitress took our orders then promptly forgot about us. The wait time on the food was quite a bit longer than the crowd size would have required.

If you have not ate at Melini's you are missing out. The bread you start your meal off with is crispy and delicious! The pasta comes in many varities and with various sauces. My favorites are the chese ravioli with spaghetti, chicken fettuccini Alfredo, and the cheese ravioli with pasta and "orange" sauce. The calzones are as big as your head and you wont find friendlier staff anywhere!Just don't try to go after an MSU football game.

Good food, great service

We loved having dinner in this little Italian restaurant. The food was great (I highly recommend the Carbonara with chicken!) The bread that you get with the house made marinara is fantastic. We finished off the meal with a delicious cannoli! I only took off a star because our server was not up to par, although others were very nice. We also had to wait a good while for our food, but it tasted delicious!

The chicken from the Fettuccine Alfredo had the taste and texture of the cheap frozen chicken from the freezer section.

This is a good Italian restaurant with fairly priced food. I would recommend getting a pizza slice because it is big enough to fill you up. All of the other food that I have tried there has been fantastic. The service is polite and professional.

The restaurant does not look like much from the outside, however the food is quite delicious. I had the chicken parmesan and thought it was spiced very well and graciously proportioned. The food was served hot and had an upscale presentation. The fettuccine alfredo with chicken looked heavenly, and was served fresh. Do not judge this place by its outside appearance...

The entrees were average at best and the service was awful. They ran out of silverware and it was not even overly busy, and the kitchen ran out of their bread - which I like. The pizza is fine but my salmon was pretty mediocre. The waiters and waitresses are terrible here.

Great food and service. It is not fancy by big city standards but is probably the nicest place in Morehead. Reasonable prices too.

Generally love the food, but the last several visits have been horrible. Lack of organization, and staff cause people to wait without being acknowledged. The last visit we simply left after roughly ten minutes of waiting without being greeted.

We've been coming here to eat for a long time. We love it. But the last few times of going the staff doesnt do much other than stand around. Went there today and had all the girls working was standing at the table near the check out. They had the table covered in their makeup and hair products doing the makeup and hair..our waitress got our order and said "just yelled really loud if you need anything". Wasn't the first time we was told that. Weve had to get up different times and ask for refills. Our silverware has been dirty the last few times as well. Other than the waitresses its a great place to eat. I think they need to worry about the customers more than what they are doing after work.

Superb! Best restaurant in town, delicious food, really kind staff. A little pricey but not too bad and definitely worth it.

Great food, great service

Met my partner here a year and a half ago. This place is very sentimental to me. It's also a great place to have a nice adult meal.

Great local Italian food at a reasonable price

Food is pretty good but in my visit today one of the waitresses stood at the hostess check in counter for several minutes using profanity , including the F word among others,three times in a loud conversation about how she only wanted a guy named Luke to live with her. I believe the young manager was standing with her. It was very offensive and uncomfortable. Several people from church were there at the time. It should have been dealt with immediately.

Italian food done right! Service is great! Serving size is generous! I've never had a bad experience at Melini's!

This place does not look like a high quality Italian restaurant bit when your meal comes it doesn't matter. The portions are huge and the quality and flavors were great. Can't wait to go to Morehead again.

Food is pretty good here, but unfortunately the service has de lined to the point that we won't be back..... When you pay over $50 for lunch and can't even get your drinks refilled or your desert, or your check, it's time to make a command decision and quit giving chances...... This place used to be a great restaurant, not sure what happened but needs some new motivation...

Took my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter for a birthday dinner and the food was delicious for everyone! Our server was top-notch as well!

Very friendly staff and excellent food. This was are first time going there. If you've not been there before I reccomend the chicken parmesan and their bread sticks are awesome.

Best calzones in town!

The dinner and dessert were delicious! The server was working one area by herself and did wonderful but the young lady that was the hostess was extremely rude. Didn't speak when we came in took our bread to a table that came in way past us and didn't even speak when both me and my friend thanked her as we left. I hope she doesn't receive tips because she doesn't deserve them.

I've been to this great restaurant several times but had never tried the pizza! It's great! I was with a group and we had the cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizzas. Soooo good! And the wait staff was terrific. A great time was had by all.

Usually great, my calzone was not done and wet dough in the middle this time.. service was outstanding..
